Job Responsibilities

• Assist customer needs in order to perform facials and other skin care services within spa packages
• Work with clients to go over the different spa facial packages that best suit their skin type and needs
• Provide recommendations for additional skincare products
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in skin technology and skin care techniques
• Provide top-notch customer service that is informative, accommodating, and professional
• Ensure the quality of the spa is upheld each and every day
• Inform clients on promotions to become long-term spa customers and consistent buyers of our skincare products

Job Qualifications

Required:

All Estheticians must be licensed professionals with a valid certification. 

Preferred:

• Experience working in a spa or salon
• Associate degree
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends

We are a full service salon and spa located in Clearwater Fl. We have several locations throughout the state of Florida, with amazing opportunities for all employees to grow with our business. We are commission based and have openings for day, mid day, and night shifts. We offer top pay with an opportunity for great tips as well.
