Tasked with designing best in class benefit programs. You will be negotiating and evaluating packages with external insurance partners and brokers. This role will be assuming responsibility of company payments of monthly premiums are made on time. Additionally, this role is designed to manage our company’s enrollment process and to determine eligibility for employees. and evaluating and negotiating. This position is the point of contact for handling all related benefit issues and notifying employees of changes to company plan as the occur. Experience as benefits administrator, MS Office, and ADP. Strong understanding of different plans and relevant regulations. Understanding of data recording and analysis. Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. A BSc/Ba in Business Administration or Human Resources.
