Analytics Associates focuses on Data Science and Data Engineering Recruiting for tech startups throughout the country. We have worked with several of the most well-known silicon valley-based companies as well as dozens of Fortune 500 Organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Searching jobs boards for resumes of data scientists and data engineers
- Identifying the best possible candidates out of hundreds of applicants
- Setting up saved searches on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other Job Posting sites to keep on top of the newest candidates available
- Keeping track of all active job seeker profiles via our internal Applicant Tracking System or ATS
Skills Required:
- Boolean search experience
- Strong Internet Searching Skills
- Knowledge of navigating job listing websites
- Knowledge of cross-referencing social media sources
Skills Preferred:
- Experience using an ATS
- Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Etc.)
